Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Commercial Leader to lead our sales area in delivering exceptional financial and execution targets.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for understanding commercial plans, developing an Area plan to achieve targets, and managing key customers.
  • Achieving this will involve building resource plans, monitoring financial and execution metrics, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Your ability to manage spend, negotiate contracts, and monitor customer satisfaction will also be critical to success.
  • In addition, you will need to provide market insights and input into Annual Planning processes.
  • Building a high-performing team is also essential, with a focus on setting clear goals, holding employees accountable, and using market knowledge to drive growth.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strong leader with excellent commercial acumen and relationship management skills.

Your Key Attributes

  • Significant previous sales experience across field sales and account management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Outstanding people leadership and negotiation planning skills.
  • An ability to communicate compelling brand, customer strategies, and consumer insights to customers and sales teams.
  • Territory planning and resource optimisation expertise.

The successful candidate can expect a salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth and development.
