Opportunities exist for a senior leader to drive national operations, develop strategic growth initiatives, and champion excellence in service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading operational functions, designing scalable service models, collaborating with the General Manager of Digital and Technology, and supporting national growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Lead and oversee all operational functions to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with regulatory standards.
  • Strategic Growth & Business Development: Support and execute national growth strategies, support tender and proposal processes, and diversify revenue streams.
  • Workforce Management & People Leadership: Lead high-performing teams to achieve KPIs and deliver on business plans, contribute to workforce strategy, and uphold employment regulations.
  • Quality, Compliance & Safeguards: Oversee quality management systems, maintain audit readiness, and ensure compliance with NDIS and Aged Care standards.
  • Government & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, statutory authorities, and sector stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Culture: Provide influential leadership to a national, multidisciplinary team, develop senior management capability, and foster an accountable, transparent, inclusive culture.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, proven executive leadership experience, knowledge and experience in Aged Care Standard or NDIS and statutory compliance, strong commercial and operational acumen, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and demonstrated success in strategic growth and business development at a national level.
