Job Opportunity: Procurement Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to manage and coordinate our end-to-end procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building effective supplier relationships and delivering procurement efficiencies.

About the Role

  • Coordinate procurement processes from planning through to contract award, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute Requests for Tender (RFTs) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs), evaluating supplier proposals and preparing presentations for senior management.
  • Provide expert procurement advice, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and internal policies.
  • Oversee contract administration, tracking key milestones, and maintaining accurate records in procurement systems.
  • Drive process improvements and support training initiatives across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, law, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and contract management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and tender management frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze supplier proposals and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.
