You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of strategists, designers, producers and account managers who share a belief in the power of design and creativity to influence, connect and inspire.What you'll doLead design projects from concept to delivery - with a strong focus on brand creation and brand-led campaigns.Create and evolve brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage and more.Bring a high level of craft and creativity to every brand project - building timeless visual identities while staying across emerging design trends.Work hand-in-hand with account managers and strategists to unpack client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative.Present your ideas to clients with clarity and confidence.Mentor and support designers in the studio, lifting the creative bar for everyone.Keep projects moving on time and on budget, while never compromising craft or creativity.What you'll bringDesign experience in an agency, studio or similar creative environment.A portfolio that shows your ability to shape and elevate brands - with work that demonstrates conceptual thinking, design craft and versatility across mediums.A brand mindset - you're passionate about brand design, fluent in current and emerging design trends, and understand what makes an identity truly timeless.Skills in typography and/or illustration that bring extra depth and character to your work.Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma or motion tools (After Effects etc.) is a plus.Advanced skills in managing design systems (file management / proofs / version control)Strong communication skills - with the ability to collaborate, present, and build great team and client relationships.A proactive, curious and positive approach - someone who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment.Why Fuller?
