We are seeking a seasoned Digital Content Strategist to spearhead our team's creative efforts and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This pivotal leadership position demands a deep understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of writers, journalists, and freelancers in developing a dynamic content strategy that aligns with business objectives, fuels audience participation, and enhances search engine rankings.
  • Design and implement a content strategy that supports growth across various channels and formats, while tracking and reporting on key metrics such as traffic, leads, content output, and engagement.
  • Contribute to the launch and expansion of new product lines, industry verticals, and emerging platforms, ensuring seamless integration with brand messaging and evolving customer needs.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to extend the reach and impact of our content, collaborating closely with leadership and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in a senior-level content, digital marketing, or SEO-focused role with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing creative teams and mentoring talented individuals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, online tools, and content strategy frameworks.
