Job Title: Senior Information Security Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned information security strategist to safeguard our information systems and data, design and implement effective controls, and elevate our resilience across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive enterprise protection: Identify and capture threats and risks, then design and implement pragmatic, risk-based controls and continuous improvements.
  • Build strong governance: Develop and mature processes that ensure operational security activities are performed, measured and managed effectively.
  • Partner across the business: Collaborate with Technology, OT asset owners and business system owners, and coordinate with vendors and service providers to deliver outcomes.
  • Lead and uplift execution: Oversee our analyst capability and guide day-to-day operational priorities to keep the environment safe and resilient.
  • Advance our maturity: Contribute to programs that uplift our posture against recognised frameworks and strengthen cyber risk management across IT and OT.

As a hands-on security leader, you will navigate between strategy and execution. You bring deep experience across enterprise cyber security, including risk identification, control design/implementation, and operational governance.

Requirements:
  • Credibility engaging senior stakeholders and OT/IT teams, with a practical, outcome-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and operational environments; certifications like CISSP/CISM are highly regarded.
