As a Commercial Growth Leader, you will be responsible for driving the execution of strategic plans to accelerate business growth across new markets, channels, and customer segments. In this role, you will design and refine innovative commercial models to foster customer value and profitability through data analysis.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test commercial models with the goal to improve customer lifetime value
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across relevant functions to execute strategic objectives
  • Deliver robust financial modeling to support market expansion strategies
  • Evaluate and revise business cases to reduce risk and optimize return on investment
  • Guide pricing strategy, cost-to-serve, and customer acquisition models
  • Act as an SME in value selling and commercial logic and coach and mentor as required
  • Provide advice and reporting to senior leadership on relevant metrics
  • Monitor and revise forecasting based on performance and market trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in a commercially strategic role (SaaS or B2B preferred)
  • Experience in influencing and leading cross-functional teams
  • High-level expertise in design and implementation of models and strategies
  • Demonstratable experience in launching/scaling go-to-market initiatives
  • Advanced modeling skills using Excel or other analytical tools
  • An understanding of SaaS economics and customer value frameworks
  • Exposure to negotiation and analysis of partnerships and commercial deals
