The Role

We need someone to lead our commercial efforts, developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth and expand market presence.

The partner manager will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and integration plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within the SaaS or HealthTech industry.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to operate independently in a lean hyper-speed team with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex sales processes.

Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven.
