Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial growth of our ANZ region by developing and executing strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive commercial growth and exceed annual revenue targets for the ANZ region.
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to maximize market penetration.
- Lead the commercial launch and adoption of products across key healthcare channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pathology networks, and key stakeholders.
- Manage sales activities, including prospecting, solution selling, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies and effective market execution.
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a science, biomedical, or healthcare-related discipline.
- A minimum of five years' sales or business development experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare, preferably including experience launching new diagnostic products.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Skills in solution-based selling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Established connections with key accounts, healthcare professionals, pathology networks, and key opinion leaders.
- Experience with business processes such as contract negotiation and commercial deal structuring.
- Proficient in communication and presentations, with an ability to convey clinical and technical insights for commercial purposes.
