The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop their PR skill set and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for daily actioning of new and existing PR orders, weekly upkeep of our internal inventory system, and daily upkeep of Google sheets used by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action and manage new and existing PR orders through our internal influencer platform and warehouse inventory system
  • Perform weekly upkeep of our internal inventory system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage and maintain Google sheets used by the team to track progress and performance
  • Assist in the upkeep of our White Fox Boutique showroom, including inventory management and allocation of special PR Box initiatives
  • Communicate daily with multiple teams, including dispatch, inventory, and the rest of the PR team
  • Update influencer content into relevant folders shared amongst the business
  • Place orders for PR dispatch stock needs and assist the events team with inventory needs for activations
  • Support the wider team during peak marketing periods with PR dispatch
