PR and Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We're seeking a talented PR and Influencer Assistant to join our team at White Fox Boutique. As a key member of our PR team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of PR and Influencer marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actioning new and existing PR orders through our internal influencer platform and warehouse inventory system
  • Weekly upkeep of our internal inventory system
  • Daily upkeep of Google sheets used by the team
  • Weekly upkeep of our White Fox Aus showroom, including inventory management
  • Allocation of special PR Box initiatives
  • Daily communication with multiple teams, including dispatch, inventory, and the rest of the PR team
  • Updating influencer content into relevant folders shared amongst the business
  • Placing orders for PR dispatch stock needs
  • Assisting the events team with inventory needs for activations
  • Supporting PR dispatch during peak marketing periods
