PR and Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PR and Influencer Assistant to support our PR team with various administrative tasks. This role will be instrumental in the development and execution of PR and Influencer marketing strategies.


The ideal candidate will be creative, have a strong desire to develop their PR skill set, and possess great attention to detail. They will be responsible for daily actioning of new and existing PR orders, weekly upkeep of our internal inventory system, and daily upkeep of Google sheets used by the team.


The successful candidate will also be responsible for weekly upkeep of our White Fox Aus showroom, allocation of special PR Box initiatives, and daily communication with multiple teams. They will also be responsible for updating all influencer content into relevant folders and placing orders for any PR dispatch stock needs.
