Job Title: PR & Communications Lead

As a key member of the H&M Group team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's public image and reputation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective PR and communications strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute PR and communications plans to promote the H&M brand and its values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and customers.
  • Manage and coordinate PR and communications activities, including media outreach, event planning, and crisis management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze PR and communications metrics to inform future strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in PR and communications, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective PR and communications plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools, with a strong understanding of their applications in PR and communications.
