Substance Abuse Recovery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Alcohol and Drug Treatment Specialist.
This role involves providing comprehensive assessment, group facilitation, case management, and treatment support services for clients with alcohol and other drug needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide individualized treatment plans tailored to the client's needs.
- To facilitate group sessions focused on AOD recovery and wellbeing.
- To work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and support.
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- To stay up-to-date with evidence-based treatments and best practices in AOD care.
Requirements:
- VET qualification or tertiary degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with clients with AOD needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Client Management Systems.
