Substance Abuse Care Specialist

This role presents an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by substance abuse. As a registered nurse, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate care while collaborating with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery.
- Proactively engage with clients to provide guidance on delivering exceptional services.
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Current authority to practice as a registered nurse/midwife, AHPRA.
- Clinical experience in drug and alcohol nursing is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
