Key Strategic Role in Lighting Sector

This is a senior position within our company, focusing on business development and strategic planning for the lighting sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial acumen, with experience in product management, engineering, trades, business development, or project management.

The successful candidate will develop dynamic product roadmaps that align with customer requirements, market needs, and regulatory standards. They will also apply business principles using product methodologies to validate and iterate product features, conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking, and lead workshops with business development and product teams.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and long-term sustainment plans tailored to our lighting solutions.
  • Track and report on product performance metrics, ensuring continuous optimization and operational readiness.
Requirements and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Experience working with lighting systems, connections, mechanisms, and poles.
  • Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical specifications and product roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Familiarity with market regulations and safety standards relevant to electrical enclosures and lighting solutions.
  • Exceptional performance and reliability in challenging environments.
Desirable Qualifications

A degree in Engineering or manufacturing and or a trades background, or a related field is desirable. We also value knowledge and working experience across technical solutions in lighting.
