We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead key client accounts, driving exceptional delivery across brand, creative, digital, and integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from brief to delivery.
- Responsible for day-to-day account management, guiding and mentoring up to 2x team members.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Translate business objectives into clear and actionable projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn client problems into impactful solutions.
- Proven experience as an Account Director in an integrated agency environment or similar senior role.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and spot growth opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
