Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will drive specifications for major projects across the East Coast and PNG, building and maintaining relationships with EPC/M firms and key stakeholders. Your influence will be crucial in shaping piping engineers and decision-makers in major industries, while developing and executing localized strategies for project success.

The Role

  • Oversee business development initiatives targeting long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
  • Stay informed on project timelines, including pre-feasibility and execution phases.
  • Utilize CAD and technical knowledge to support project specifications.
  • Lead and grow a team to support strategic goals in major projects.

Requirements

  • Strong business development experience in engineering or project delivery.
  • In-depth understanding of EPC/M firms, piping systems, and project management.
  • Proven ability to build and influence relationships with engineers and decision-makers.
  • Experience with CAD and technical project schematics.
  • Skilled in developing localized strategies for major project success.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Effective team management and leadership abilities.
