Key Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an HR generalist or management role, ideally in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of Australian industrial relations and employee relations legislation. Additionally, they will possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage performance, conflict resolution, and employee relations issues effectively.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with the company's objectives, overseeing all HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture. This includes managing one direct report, an HR coordinator, while leading recruitment, training, and development programs, as well as overseeing performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team on strategic planning and operational execution, lead HR projects and initiatives with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusion, and drive workplace efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
