- A proven track record in high-paced sales environments, ideally within the building or construction sectors, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial sales position.
- Extensive expertise in crafting and executing effective sales strategies, with a keen sense of commercial acumen and business insights.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring and guiding teams to achieve and exceed organisational goals.
- Values continuous improvement and has a growth mindset.
- Highly analytical with robust strategic planning and implementation skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience.
