We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our residential sector sales team in Queensland.

About You
  • A proven track record in high-paced sales environments, ideally within the building or construction sectors, showcasing a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial sales position.
  • Extensive expertise in crafting and executing effective sales strategies, with a keen sense of commercial acumen and business insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of successfully mentoring and guiding teams to achieve and exceed organisational goals.
  • Values continuous improvement and has a growth mindset.
  • Highly analytical with robust strategic planning and implementation skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience.
