\As the Associate Manager, Sales Development, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and outbounding for new and expansion opportunities. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth through strategic prospecting and leadership.
\Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of the SDR team, contributing to pipeline target through personal prospecting, setting and achieving ambitious goals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the SDR team to meet or exceed performance targets.\
- Establish clear performance metrics and ensure accountability.\
- Monitor and analyze team performance to identify blockers and refine workflows.\
- Contribute to strategic prospecting, help experiment with new strategies, and drive pipeline for stakeholders.\
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDRs to build a scalable team.\
- Provide coaching and development through call shadowing, role-playing, and feedback sessions.\
- Deliver ongoing training on prospecting techniques, lead qualification best practices, and tool usage.\
- Foster a collaborative team culture, empowering team members while supporting their growth.\
- Partner closely with Marketing to align campaign goals, ensure lead quality, and provide feedback.\
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to maintain clean data, improve workflows, and forecast pipeline gaps.\
- Report on pipeline metrics and team performance, providing actionable insights to leadership.\
Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or demand development roles.\
- Proven ability to own performance and improve conversion rates through process optimization, experimentation, and collaboration.\
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales engagement tools.\
- Exceptional leadership skills, collaboration, and contribution to a culture of accountability and inclusivity.\
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and scaling sales teams.\
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.\
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.\
