About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development People Manager to lead our high-performing Mid-Market SDR team. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your reps, building pipeline, managing processes, and driving per-rep production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a top-of-funnel team to execute business needs.
  • Leverage data to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met daily.
  • Coach reps to handle objections and pitch Rippling to book demos with prospects.
  • Motivate reps to learn and grow, preparing them for their next sales role.
  • Owning a specific function and translating business needs throughout the org.
  • Hiring top talent for the SDR organization.
  • Displaying cross-functional empathy and delivering feedback across the org.
  • Driving revenue targets and exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years in an SDR organization in SaaS.
  • 1+ year as an SDR people leader.
  • Proficiency in SDR Tech Stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Mixmax, LI Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha, LeadIQ, SalesIntel, Gong/Chorus, Guru/Highspot.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution.
  • Excellent abilities to manage at ground level while defining and executing broader business initiatives.
  • Able to hire, onboard, ramp, and train remotely working multiple timezones.
