Sales Development Team Lead

Our Sales Development team drives pipeline creation and career growth with a high level of urgency. We partner with marketing and sales teams to drive demand and create new business opportunities. The SDR Organization is a top priority, focusing on coaching and developing reps, building pipeline, managing processes, and achieving revenue targets.
About the RoleThis role will lead a high-performing outbound Mid-Market SDR team in APAC. You'll be focused on per rep production, managing processes, and driving results.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in an SDR Organization in SaaS, 1+ year as an SDR people leader, and proficiency in SDR Tech Stack, including Gong/Chorus, Guru/Highspot, and experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution.
Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing SDR team, focusing on pipeline creation and career development.
- Coach and develop reps, building their skills and knowledge.
- Build pipeline and manage processes to achieve revenue targets.
- Hire, onboard, and train remotely working multiple time zones.
- 2-3 years in an SDR Organization in SaaS.
- 1+ year as an SDR people leader.
- Proficiency in SDR Tech Stack.
- Gong/Chorus, Guru/Highspot experience.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS with multi-product selling distribution.
