Sales Development Manager

The role of this position is crucial in driving pipeline generation, leading sales development teams, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking a leadership role in building and scaling an exceptional sales team.
  • Supporting the strategy for pipeline generation across regions.
  • Creating innovative strategies to accelerate new customer acquisition and consumption growth.
  • Managing team's pipeline target and coaching team members to achieve success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to maximize team contribution.

Candidates will have a minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Development manager with consistent overachievement against targets. Experience growing a sales development team by recruiting and developing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs), focused on giving individuals the training and support they need to excel.
