Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly driven professional to lead our strategic account management efforts in the Retail segment.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our largest and most strategic national and international Retail Chain customers.

Your primary objective will be to understand the customer's business needs, strategic direction, and pain points, and to provide solutions that meet their current and future requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer requirements.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer satisfaction data and develop corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of relevant statutory body requirements and Australian Standards within the industry.
  • Exceptional relationship and rapport building skills.
