We are seeking a Digital Account Strategist to join our team.

Digital Account Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering content-led and data-driven solutions to meet client needs and drive business success. They will collaborate with sales teams to develop multi-platform advertising solutions, ensuring digital budgets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis.

To achieve this, the Digital Account Strategist will:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Maximise digital revenue across all products including streaming services, podcasts, social media and video.
  • Develop new digital clients and build retention strategies across key agency patch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-focused role within the media industry.
  • Established client/agency relationships in the Sydney market.
  • A high-level understanding of the media landscape.
  • Knowledge of programmatic transactions and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt using a range of styles, tools and techniques appropriate to customers both internally and externally.
  • Superior presentation skills and able to deliver solution and customer-focused communication.
