About the Role

Frontline Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic commercial business development team based in Sydney. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering compelling tender responses, quotations, and business proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate tender requirements and complete tender submissions within the required timeframe and in line with company standards and protocols.
  • Support the general operation of the business development department.
  • Client interaction with relevant bid proposals and tenders.
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships with internal and external stakeholders across asset ownership and management organizations.
  • Ensure compliance to tender administration processes that have been established.
  • Attend weekly work-in-progress meetings and project strategy review meetings as directed.
Desired Experience and Skills
  • A background in either contracts, bid, tendering, finance, analysis, or contracts management is desired.
  • Highly polished interpersonal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Prioritize demands, work under pressure, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

What We Offer
  • Salary range available - $100K to $140K or more depending on your skills and experience (negotiable commensurate on experience).
