About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Referrer Relationship Development Specialist to join our Business Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Growth of Referral Base
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, including doctors and allied health professionals.
    • Identify opportunities to increase referrals and engagement with our services.
  • Relationship Development and Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Brand Awareness and Promotion
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase general brand awareness of PuroClean Certified Restoration Specialist of Auburn.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to promote our services and expertise.
  • Client Database Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and referrals.
    • Use data to inform business decisions and optimize referral growth.

  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to maintain accurate records.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
