About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support within a dynamic organization.
- Provide professional and friendly front of house service, handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Greet and welcome guests, providing any necessary information or assistance.
- Take orders from major partners and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Release stock from facilities in accordance with established procedures.
- Invoice orders promptly and maintain accurate records.
- Handle front shop customers and manage daily pick-ups effectively.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning documents, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Analyze sales data and generate daily reports to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Professional presentation, with a friendly and hardworking attitude.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
