We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our Front Office team. As an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel's Front Office.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A customer-focused approach to ensuring a high level of service delivery
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Front Office operations to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings
- Leading regular meetings with Front Office staff to discuss key issues and goals
- Overseeing the allocation of rooms and handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Utilizing Front Office systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy
- Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a senior role within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and situations
