
Front Desk Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide phone and face-to-face patient care and support
- Prepare consultation rooms, scan documents, and manage patient records and files
- Process accounts, generate invoices, and manage payments efficiently
- Manage patient bookings, lodging claims, and update patient databases accurately
- Previous experience in administration or reception roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with patients and medical teams effectively
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
