Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist

Maximizing an individual's ability to return to work requires a holistic and evidence-based approach. As a Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and addressing critical risk factors that hinder an individual's capacity to return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the individual's strengths and limitations
  • Develop personalized return-to-work plans tailored to the individual's needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Deliver vocational counselling and facilitate interventions to promote well-being and productivity

Requirements:

  • Professional registration with AHPRA as either a Provisional Psychologist or a Registered Psychologist, along with a relevant psychology qualification
  • Current drivers' licence and access to own transport
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
