Job Title: Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals to identify and address critical risk factors impacting their return to work.
About the Role:
- You will provide holistic support through assessments and vocational counselling to help individuals achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for our clients.
- Craft strategies to promote successful return-to-work outcomes and enhance overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted intervention plans.
- Promote and facilitate vocational training and upskilling opportunities to enhance employability.
- Maintain open communication channels with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to ensure aligned support.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in psychology or a related field, along with professional registration with AHPRA.
- A current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- The ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
