About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating the return of injured workers to their work environment and optimising their functional performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual requirements and develop tailored return-to-work strategies.
  • Provide holistic support through vocational guidance, wellbeing programmes, and training to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to ensure seamless support for our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional registration with AHPRA as either a Provisional Psychologist or a Registered Psychologist, accompanied by a relevant psychology qualification.
  • A current drivers' license and access to own transport.
  • The ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
