Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients with physical or psychological injuries
- Identify barriers preventing clients from returning to work
- Organise appropriate intervention with various stakeholders
- Monitor client progress through regular contact and case records
- Current registration with Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Minimum one year's experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Car and valid Driver's license
- Police check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
As a rehabilitation specialist, you will work closely with clients to identify solutions that promote their safe and timely return to work.
