We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll help your clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You'll conduct occupational therapy assessments, activities of daily functional capacity, home and workplace ergonomic and equipment needs.
  • You'll design and deliver meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
  • You'll develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies.
  • You'll identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions.
  • You'll navigate multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
  • You'll collaborate with your clients, their families, medical teams, employers, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset with focus on quality outcomes.
  • Confidence working independently in the community.
  • A driver's licence and vehicle required.
  • Eligibility for working with children's check and police clearance.
