Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services, you will work closely with injured workers to develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programs that promote their return to optimal health and productivity.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the individual's strengths, limitations, and goals.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective return-to-work strategies.
- Deliver vocational counselling and support to help individuals achieve their full potential.
Key to your success will be your ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, as well as your expertise in designing and implementing innovative rehabilitation solutions.
Requirements- Registration with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA, is essential.
- A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation are required.
- The ability to obtain a police clearance and working with children check is also necessary.
