We are excited to present a permanent, full-time position within our Client Services division, where you will provide essential support to our Financial Advisers. This role is based in a collaborative office environment.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Generating accurately reconciled client review reports for Advisers.
  • Coordinating with fund managers and managing client portfolios through financial planning tools.
  • Scheduling appointments, overseeing document management, and performing data entry while providing general administrative assistance.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients through both written and verbal communication.
