Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at AlburyCity.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide comprehensive visitor information services, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in the management of the Visit Albury Wodonga website and social media accounts, creating and implementing digital marketing content to engage and attract visitors.
- Tourism Coordination: Support the Visitor Services Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the Albury Visitor Information Centre, including managing tourism industry databases and providing product familiarisation.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Visitor Services Coordinator and other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, digital marketing, and tourism coordination.
- Customer Service Experience: Significant experience in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in implementing digital marketing content and managing social media accounts.
- Tourism Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of local tourism products and the ability to develop knowledge of the region.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based products, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
