About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team in Albury. As a key member of our Community Support Services Team, you will provide essential care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic support, including cleaning, laundry, transportation, shopping, and meal preparation
  • Assist with daily hygiene tasks, such as showering or bathing
  • Offer mobility support and maintain client plans, including documentation and progress note keeping
  • Represent the team professionally and effectively through communication and liaison with clients, families, and relevant professionals
  • Maintain client privacy and dignity, and engage in respectful interactions

  • A competitive casual hourly rate of $38.26 per hour, plus superannuation
  • Two weeks of intensive training and regular supervision
  • Face-to-face professional development opportunities and access to an online learning management system

Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Community Services or Individual Support (or approved equivalent)
  • Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
