Position Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager (ANZ) will play a pivotal role within our Cloud Protection & Licensing division, specifically focusing on the Identity & Access Management portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing regional marketing strategies with quantifiable objectives, in close collaboration with sales leadership and channel partners.
  • Executing B2B go-to-market initiatives aimed at achieving measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, brand visibility, and operational effectiveness.
  • Designing and executing cross-regional marketing campaigns that align product messaging to attract high-quality leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Enhancing online presence in key markets through localized content, tailored landing pages, and compliant promotional strategies.
  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing program, incorporating strategies such as programmatic retargeting, awareness campaigns, multi-touch engagements, and webinars to support regional objectives.
  • Managing the planning and execution of strategic C-level events and major trade shows within the region.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing within enterprise software firms, particularly in B2B environments.
  • Experience in cultivating emerging markets, particularly in the Australia & New Zealand region.
  • Strong knowledge of the Security, Storage, or Networking sectors, with familiarity in platforms such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple projects, and willingness to travel regionally and internationally up to 30% of the time.
