Position Overview

The Regional Marketing Manager (ANZ) will operate within our Cloud Protection & Licensing division, focusing on the Identity & Access Management portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing regional marketing strategies with quantifiable objectives, in close collaboration with sales leadership and channel partners.
  • Executing B2B go-to-market initiatives, emphasizing measurable outcomes such as revenue growth, brand visibility, and operational effectiveness.
  • Designing and executing cross-regional marketing campaigns while aligning product messaging to generate high-quality leads and sales opportunities.
  • Enhancing online presence in key markets through localized content, landing pages, and promotional activities that comply with market regulations.
  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing program, incorporating programmatic retargeting, awareness campaigns, multi-touch engagements, and webinars to support the region's strategic objectives.
  • Managing the planning and execution of strategic executive events and key trade shows within the region.

Qualifications

On day one, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant marketing roles within enterprise software companies, particularly in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in developing emerging markets, particularly in the Australia & New Zealand region.
  • Strong knowledge of the Security, Storage, or Networking sectors, with familiarity in platforms such as Demandbase, 6Sense, Pardot, or Marketo.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and editing, with additional language skills beyond English considered a plus.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple projects, and a willingness to travel regionally and internationally up to 30% of the time.
