About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary senior marketer to join our organisation as the Head of Marketing. This is a critical position where you will have the opportunity to contribute as a significant and highly valued member of the ANZ Leadership Team, and where your marketing management expertise will help to drive commercial success and positively influence our Pivot to Growth strategy for the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for ANZ, providing hands-on inspirational leadership to our marketing team.
  • Drive product launch strategies and go-to-market plans, ensuring launch excellence and successful market penetration.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance, as well as regional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Own the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI, providing forecast, modelling and business cases for supply chain and financial planning.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, partners, industry and government associations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a senior marketing management role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and product launches.
  • Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and empower the team.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with an analytical, problem-solving mindset and sound decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with external customers and partners.
