Key Responsibilities:

  • Building trust with clients and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Identifying barriers to return-to-work and developing solutions
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing expertise with others
  • Contributing to service evolution through Centres of Excellence

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Conducting thorough assessments, including vocational, pre-employment, and workplace evaluations
  • Case management and reporting
  • Traveling to clients and working from home or office bases

Diverse Work Opportunities:

  • Applying skills and expertise to solve client problems
  • Providing training, leadership, and coaching services
  • Collaborating with global best practices in people risk management

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, or Rehabilitation Counsellor
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC (with support available)
