Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced rehabilitation specialist to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

  • Assist individuals in returning to meaningful employment through expert knowledge and skills.
  • Makes a positive impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Support clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
Key Qualifications:
  • Professional registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
