About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that supports the journey from rehab to healing. You will utilise your clinical reasoning skills and expertise to achieve outcomes and goals for our clients.

  • Perform assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including ADL's, functional capacity evaluations, worksite, and ergonomic assessments;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including employees, medical specialists, and treatment providers;
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve a common goal;
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans;

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple areas, including occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, nursing, social work, and rehabilitation counselling. A strong passion for helping people rehabilitate is essential.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW);
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams;
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate;
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience is preferred;
