">The Role
">You will support the store manager in achieving sales and profit targets at our Virginia store:
">Your key responsibilities include:

- Provide guidance and motivation to the team through effective coaching and training">
- Drive sales improvements across all channels: retail, trade and design">
- Offer expert customer service to our customers">
- Promote and expand our loyalty program and trade accounts">
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times">
- Merchandise products for maximum visual appeal">
- Oversee health and safety in the store">
- Manage inventory and stock levels">
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth">
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation">
- Monitor and report on sales and performance metrics">
- Lead by example and promote a positive work culture">
About You
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 2+ years' experience in a retail or service environment">
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team">
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job">
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize">
- A current driver's license">
