We are seeking a skilled Fitness and Wellness Director to lead our Personal Training department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals and possess excellent leadership skills.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of personal trainers who align with our company values and mission.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase market share.
  • Oversee the delivery of group fitness classes, including HIIT sessions, and ensure high-quality service across all fitness experiences.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy training environment for both members and staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership or management role within the fitness industry.
  • Certification in Group Fitness Instruction and First Aid/CPR.
  • Australian working rights.
