About the Opportunity

This position offers a unique blend of sales and support responsibilities, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.

  • Sales Focus:
  • Create high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals
  • Promote club services and products to prospective members
  • Achieve sales targets by maximising lead conversions

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful outcomes and member satisfaction
  • Achieve consistent communication with members to foster long-term relationships

What We Offer:

  • A realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (made up of base salary and commission), plus super
