Fitness Experience Manager

**The opportunity**:

Reporting to the National Personal Training Manager, you will craft and drive the performance of fitness programs and challenges for globally recognized brands: primarily Fitness First Australia and Goodlife Health Clubs, with connections to Zap Fitness 24-7 and Jettz NZ. Your mission? To elevate our programs to unprecedented heights, ensuring they are not just effective but game-changers in the industry.
Your canvas extends beyond fitness - you are a business influencer, refining programs to achieve outcomes that resonate: lead generation, soaring membership numbers, unwavering Personal Trainer commitment, and diversified revenue streams.

Working alongside our expert marketing, finance, fitness and operations teams you will play a pivotal role in our members' triumphs, delivering personalized, targeted, and results-driven challenges that become the heartbeat of their fitness journey.

**Key duties and responsibilities include**:

- In conjunction with our team of fitness experts, strategise, develop and implement best in class fitness challenges across each of the full-service brands;
- Review relevant fitness content for fitness challenge programs including products that are/have been rolled out via our integrated digital platforms;
- Work with the National Personal Training Manager and Finance team to control all associated costs of projects and manage challenge outcomes against KPIs;
- Partner with Procurement and Central Operations to strategically align the programs with commercially viable suppliers to deliver best in class challenges both in club and via digital offerings;
- Work with the Customer team and support agencies in attaining and developing new and existing sponsors;
- Partner with the FLG National Personal Training Manager to create packages that support personal training businesses whilst connecting Challenges to existing fitness services,
- Partner with the FLG National Group Fitness Manager to create in-club experiences that support the group fitness department with enhanced in class experience

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Essential
- Prior experience in the fitness industry;
- Current Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher);
- Exceptional time management an organisational skills;
- Proven ability to manage multiple, large projects across multi-site locations;
- Experience in a multi-site and multi-brand environment;
- Experience in event marketing;
- Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement capabilities;
- A demonstrated history of innovative thinking and strong project management history;
Desirable
- Behavioural Psychology or UX design experience or qualification (highly regarded)
